Mondo and other resilient flooring manufacturer’s recommend using Taski Profi for regular cleaning and periodic deep cleaning of their flooring products. Taski Profi is a solvent free, ph neutral detergent which contains a degreaser. This product can be used in an Auto Scrubber machine. For normal cleaning of Mondo rubber flooring products, dilute Taski Profi at 3 to 5 ounces per gallon of water, for periodic deep cleanings the dilution can be 10 ounces per gallon of water. In either case, the solution should be allowed to sit on the floor for 10 to 15 minutes before scrubbing and then vacuuming with the Auto Scrubber machine or mopping up the solution.
Taski Combiplus is a cleaner/maintainer and can be used periodically to clean Mondo rubber floors in lieu of Taski Profi. Combiplus leaves behind an acrylic film which is removed and replaces with each application. This is particularly useful to ease maintenance during the initial break-in-period of the Mondo flooring products. All of the Mondo flooring products feature a matte finish. If more gloss or sheen is desired then Taski Vision Matte or Vision Star can be safely applied to the Mondo surfaces. Taski Vision Matte and Vision Star are light acrylic floor finishes which do not require stripping because they will eventually be removed through normal cleaning with Taski Profi – thereby eliminating build-up or yellowing.
