The Case Community Center includes a 9,500 sq ft gymnasium with a two-color layout of Mondo 10mm Advance rubber athletic flooring with Everlay T fiberglass reinforced underlayment. The facility also includes a 3,500 sq ft elevated jogging track and a 1,200 sq ft multi-purpose sports room which both feature Mondo 10mm Advance with Everlay T underlayment; and a 1,000 sq ft aerobics/multipurpose room which features Mondo 12mm Advance with Everlay T.

Sand Springs Parks and Recreation Department Director, Grant Gerondale chose Mondo Advance because of its durability and ease of maintenance. The facility will be used for community activities such as trade shows where vehicles could be brought into the gymnasium for display. Mondo Advance was chosen over a foam backed sheet vinyl product because it is resistant to denting due to heavy point loads.

Facility Manager, Jeff Edwards recommended Mondo Advance which he was familiar with from his experience working at the Huston Huffman Center on the campus of the University of Oklahoma which features several Mondo rubber athletic flooring products.
