Mondo Super X Performance is a dual duraometer vulcanized rubber sheet good that is designed to provide excellent shock absorption and energy return as well as unparalleled durability. The textured surface provides excellent traction wet or dry. The widths of the rolls are custom ordered to match the desired track lane widths and the product is flexible enough to bend around the radii of most track corners. By producing the rolls to match lane widths this allows for using alternating lane colors to provide lane separation on a non-competition track. This results in a clean look and eliminates the need to periodically re-paint lane lines. Mondo has been the official supplier of outdoor running track surfaces for the last nine Olympic Games including the 2008 Beijing Games.
Regupol Athletic Tracks offer three options for track surfaces, each start with a manufactured recycled rubber base mat which provides performance qualities as well as durability. The Regupol AG track surface was featured at the 2009 IAAF World Championships in Berlin. Regupol AG features a flood and chip - urethane and EPDM rubber wear layer over the rubber base mat, while Regupol PD features a structural spray wear layer. Regupol Black Track is an ecomonical track surface, using the recycled rubber basemat alone.
